Shipping & Returns


We aim to ship your bicycle order within 10 working days using a 48 hour courier service, other items will use the most appropriate delivery service. If your item is for local pick up then you will need to contact us to arrange pick up at a mutually convenient time.

Returns and Exchanges


  • Returns will only be accepted if the bike has been damaged in transit. This damage must be noted with the courier and Hope2Cycle at time of delivery or, if the original packaging is intact with no obvious signs of damage, reported to Hope2Cycle within 24 hours of the delivery. 
  • You must inform Hope2Cycle within 24 hours of delivery or collection if you intend to return/exchange.
  • State the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The returned item must be in its original/as-sold condition. Returns of damaged or used goods will be rejected unless previously agreed by Hope2Cycle - these goods will be discarded and no refund made.


Unless stated our bikes are not fully serviced. All cycles are sold as seen on the website and will need a check over or service by the new owner, that's why we offer great prices.

Please bear in mind that digital photos and the general product description may not show all defects.  If you have any queries before purchase it is your responsiblity to contact us for further details.

We are a charity so are unable to fix, repair add components without cost.  We can offer a service and safety check to your purchase for a flat rate £20 fee.
